Why I love my job

Working for a best in class facility with a results-driven, professional and positive team is hugely enjoyable. I love the educational side of my job and the fact that I can always learn and improve myself and help others to achieve.

My greatest motivation

I’m motivated to be part of a brand that positively influences our clients lives as well as the fitness industry itself. Giving people the tools, motivation and education to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing for the better is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that we are transforming our client’s bodies, and lives, is a real motivator – and empowers the entire personal training team at Embody Fitness.

Hobbies and interests

Health, fitness and sports in general have played a big part of my life since I was young, and I continue to enjoy all things health and fitness related. Outside of this I love to read and continue to learn and educate myself. My current focus is on how the brain affects performance, pain and motivation. When my brain has had enough of learning (about the brain!) I enjoy watching movies and travelling.
