With over 25 years’ experience as a strength and conditioning coach. He has trained national champions in athletics, martial arts, team sports as well as numerous fitness enthusiasts and corporate professionals. He is a published author, international speaker and educator on all things to do with health and fitness. This experience makes him ideally placed to ensure that the very best personal training and nutritional advice is given to all Embody clients delivering incredible and sustainable results.
